Hey people honest, in the past, this place had a very bad representative. But there's a new sheriff in town! Your team is few, but powerful. Here you will find a goodness, humility and grace behind their service. Two times I came back and they remembered my name. The food is well made and exceeds wing tips standard. The manager expanded an amazing friendliness to me right now that took trust and an amazing heart... which is why I write this just in front of her door in my car. First I was given the wrong order. I watched them take it back rebag for the customer after it was given to me. My order was given to the other person I had to argue with the staff to give me the right order he couldnt find my ticket. And while I was thinking he was fixing the issue he didnt do anything after he didnt find the ticket. 30 minutes later I asked a young lady the status and she reprinted ticket and submitted. Once I got my order 2 HOURS LATER even though there was a mistake it wasnot expedited) i had to go back to get my 2 large ranches I ordered . Absolutely ridiculous. We waited an HOUR after ordering ahead on door dash and they still didn’t have it out. At that point my partner and I had to use the bathroom so bad (which they don’t have open because they only have the storefront open) we had to leave and come back. Horrible horrible customer service. We only had three items on the order. Understaffed probably. But don’t have doordash as an option if your employees can’t keep up. The employees they had there were taking their sweet time. I’ve worked in customer service for years. I don’t EVER complain but I’m genuinely going to call corporate. Please don’t ever eat here or order especially doordash from here.
Typically, I always hate to deal with unprofessional teenagers to literally every Wingstop location, but today was a completely new level of customer service and professionalism. There were only 3 people who worked 2 Latino types and 1 African Americans) and they had this place that ran like a well-oiled machine. I called 5 minutes after the opening and they had 100 wings ready for my office party in 30 minutes. Hasn't got his name, but the Latino guy who answered the phone and helped me at the store was so nice and professional. I look forward to my experience today... agustin

I placed my order over the phone at 5:11pm and was told it would be ready in around 15 minutes. I confirmed that my wife would be picking up the order. However, when she arrived at 6pm, 30 minutes past the promised time, our order was still not ready. We ultimately did not receive our food until 7:10pm. This delay was unacceptable and made us feel like we were unfairly treated.
So I wanted to try the chicken thighs just to see how wingstop would do it , I ordered a 10-piece and only ate two pieces, chicken was overcooked and too gressey and the French fries over cooked as well it was a waste of money.
This restaurant review is not recommended. The wings had feathers on them, which was disgusting and ruined our appetites. Is it too much to ask for the chicken to be properly cleaned before serving? We will not be returning.

Waited for an online order for over 45 minutes after promised ready time. They served up five other orders that arrived after me. Service is disappointing. Not the first time, but definitely the last.
