Lets start with LOCATION 1. Off a busy main street which is Page ave with a two street entry point. Eventhough they are located in a strip mall there is plenty of parking on a well lit parking lot. You may not get front door parking but to run in and out there is plenty of overall parking available. EMPLOYEES: Everytime I have visited the location several things I have noticed..They greet you when you walk in (sometimes you will be greeted by several empoyees at the same time) Love that. There is always at least two employees at the registers ready to take your order. They work as a team when preparing orders and management plays a large role in really good training of the employees. It took a little longer than suggested to get my order, however from the time I arrived until the time I left every employee was working constantly. They were cooking, packing orders, taking new orders, verifying door dashes, and in general operating a smooth machine. And I appreciate that. My food was exactly as ordered and I also tried the thighs which were excellent.
Had a DoorDash order, workers were extremely rude. The two women knew I was there, but kept their conversation all the 5 minutes I was in the store. Didn't have masks or gloves. Finally, another worker comes from behind and gives me the order. When I asked all this, one of the ladies had a wise comment. Very unprofessional. will not apply this store again
Extremely disappointed with this location we waited for 35 minutes on an order that they told us that it would be out in 20 minutes, wings were soak in oil fries were cold like they were sitting for a while plus over cooked cant really tell in picture worst experience ever save your money go somewhere else..

Workers took 35 minutes to get my order done when I was told the wait was only 18 minutes . My fries were cold and overcooked. Plus as you can see in the picture ranch had this green stuff in it, which I dont know what it is . Never going back to that location.
Haven't ate the food yet (yet smells so good) but the employees were extremely friendly and attentive as soon as we walked in the door for our pickup doordash order and that's enough for me ?? Highly recommend this location
they get stars just b c they ALWAYS answer their telephone! then the food always cooked right, service is good. the Male (aa)manager takes pride in the store! great job keep up the good work.
The manager is so unprofessional. He spoke over me continuously until I ended the phone call due to his lack of accountability. I will not be patronizing this establishment any longer !

This location is trash. Cooks couldn't care less about cooking your food...long waits...workers got attitudes...they couldn't care less in this establishment. Eat at your own risk.
Been going here for years some workers are better then others but I've never had any problems besides waiting a long time for the food
