As soon as I walked in I noticed an employee holding fries and putting it into the bag with no gloves. I ordered online and asked for extra seasoning on my fries and they had NO seasoning. I asked for classic hot wings and my wings had NO sauce. My lemon pepper wings also had barely any seasoning and drowning in oil. And to top it off my sprite tasted like sink water for some reason. I rarely like to eat out cause of inflation but I didn't feel like cooking so I placed an order online. I was so disappointed that I spent $18 on a meal I couldn't even enjoy. I barely took a few bites and had to throw the rest out.
My daughter ordered a cajun chicken online and somehow it ended up Hawaiian chicken which she didn't eat obviously and I took it back to the store and explained it to the store manager and her response was very cold saying there is nothing she can do and that was it. I asked if she could make me Cajun tenders which she said No with a nasty look on her face. Listen up people do not go to this wing stop at El Cerritos plaza. This is the last time I am stepping foot in this store. Wing stop you lost a regular customer forever.
They should really consider renaming the place to "Drumstop." You'd expect that when you order wings from Wingstop, you'd at least receive one in your order, but that wasn’t the case for me. The boneless wings I received were small and of poor quality. I only got two tiny pieces that were supposed to resemble the real thing, and while they did include a few more of the little crispy bits, it wasn't enough to make up for it. I ended up with mostly crumbs, and I was very disappointed with the meal.

This Wingstop prepares food better than any other location I've tried, without a doubt. Everything is fried to perfection, not overcooked at all—especially the fries, which are often overdone at other Wingstop locations. Plus, the seasoning is excellent.
A friend recommended Wingstop to me, claiming the wings were incredible, and I have to say, I completely agree! The wings here are outstanding. Be sure to order the fries as well—they're well made and really enhance the meal.

The wings are never overcooked and they have a perfect crispiness! The best part is that they are seasoned just right.
