We are in town for a business meeting and hangout out for few days. We had heard a lot about this place. A good friend of ours took us here. The food is really good here. I ordered ginger fish, Thai ice tea, and fried banana ice cream. The ice tea was exceptional. What makes this place standout is that the food here is not too sweet like many Thai restaurants. The chefs here has combined experience of 30 years on cooking Thai food. The staff here are very nice and friendly. This is definitely a place on the list for revisit to try other menu items. Nice, located of Willow shopping center. Several eateries nearby including a drive in Starbucks. I looked around and decided to go for the Won Thai restaurant, ordered the lunch special, fried catfish with rice, on the plate I got a colorful plate with a scoop of steam rice next to pan fried filet of catfish with plenty of green beans, fresh tomato pieces, sautéed on a lite curry sauce and sliced purple and green cabbage garnish.
We have been driving all the way from Orinda to eat here. We love the high quality of the beef and chicken--never any fat or gristle. We ask for it spicy and it's perfect. Love the Geo-Krobe appetizers, Hanuman Klug-foon chicken. Curries are delicious. We eat in and take out. We love Won Thai!

Whenever I visit this restaurant, I always leave feeling satisfied. The staff is familiar with me and always prepare my food exactly how I like it. The noodles are especially worth trying.
The staff at this restaurant are very friendly and the food is delicious. I highly recommend the curry, it was some of the best I've ever had.
The BBQ salmon with tender broccoli was delicious and flavorful. The dish was only $16 and the presentation was impressive.
