Seated at a table and given a drink right away. Pretty much abandoned from that point on. Three attendants working at a medium pace. Food was decent. Waved at the wait staff and acknowledged but never approached. Had to wait in line at the bar to order. Had to go to the bar and get my own ketchup. It?s a hotel restaurant? the food is expensive and that?s expected but the service is truly bad.
I do not like hotel restaurants ... typically, they are over-priced, and not up to snuff in terms of quality. This place is different, I have to accept ... the service was quite attentive and kind, and the food was good. We only had salads, which seemed to be quite expensive, until we saw the salads. They were a dinner unto themselves, and quite well prepared.

Bar service is poor. Ordered a drink and pretty much never asked if I was in need of anything else. Service and restaurant staff could definitely use some help with customer service. To be expecting a tip when your service is far from up to par is hardly feasible. Food was okay. Fresh items but I would have liked a vegan option besides a salad. Book a table now
I'm currently staying at the hotel and ordered a burger and fries to my room. The burger was excellent! Everything I saw being served to other guests looked fantastic as well, and the portion sizes are generous. I will definitely keep choosing this hotel and dining here every time I'm in Aurora to visit my family.
I only had a drink since the appetizer selection was limited. However, my Bloody Mary, which came with bacon, was excellent. As for parking, it cost $10, but you received a token for $5 off your food or drink, making it a great deal.
I have eaten at Woolleys several times now. Every time the food is fantastic. Large portions and well prepared. The bar is also very nice and the staff is friendly. Kind of a hidden gem because it's never completely full.
Food was incredibly expensive and really poor. The service was non existent we waited 20 minutes to get a menu and water and they never refilled. The BBQ sliders are terrible. Fillet steak ok but 34. Drinks overpriced. Book a table now
Our waiter was great. Food was amazing. The man I was with was even more amazing. I miss him. We'll be back soon.
