I was in a wheelchair after breaking my ankle, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive! They made sure that no one bumped into my chair and even took my order right at the table. The hookah was fantastic, especially the white gummy bear flavor! The music was high-energy and a lot of fun! The elevator seemed a bit iffy, but I learned it’s also used for an escape room. The staff worked tirelessly to maintain a comfortable temperature, frequently adjusting the fans, which was impressive!
This place is always lively. I personally know Sunny, him, and Ashik, and they are genuinely humble and good people. It’s definitely a great spot for hookah, so be sure to give it a try. The music is loud, so if you’re in the mood to party, this is the perfect place for you. When I used to work security and as the hype man for the venue, the management was solid, and the staff really knows their stuff. This place never fails to impress me. Keep it up, Xhale!

My friend and I went to this place for his bachelor party. We waited at the bar for a while, but then the bartender served someone who had just arrived after us instead of my friend. Fortunately, the newcomer was kind enough to point out that we had been there first. However, the bartender responded with a rude look and brusquely asked us what we wanted.
This is the best place to visit if you're out of town! Avi was incredibly welcoming. I rate it a perfect 10/10—definitely check it out!
If they can't fulfill an order placed an hour before closing, it's no surprise they're struggling in the Lake Tahoe area.
DJ Manny Maze made our night unforgettable. That's all we need to say. We absolutely loved it!
