I love Elote desgranado/in a cup but this place truly disappointed me. First, they gave us so much hot sauce that wasn't even hot and more tangy and filled the cup with it mainly, they added a little bit of mayo and no crema/cream. I asked them if they could give us more cream since I didn't see much but they handed me mayonnaise. They basically put only Mayo and Chile sauce. It was sooo disgusting! Do these people think we are stupid by handing us more mayo when we clearly asked for crema!? I didn't bother to ask if she misunderstood since I asked her two times for me and my friends cup, I just will never go there again! It may look nice on the outside but they are cheap and do not care abo...
I would give it a zero if that were an option. The food was spilling everywhere, and the staff member got upset when I asked for napkins. I ended up cleaning up her mess while she hurried to bring me other drinks. I won’t be coming back. This was my second visit, and I experienced the same poor service. I was hoping things would be different, but they weren't.
Everyone seems to have something to complain about. The raspes are fantastic, and the drive-thru service is quick. If you want excellent service, go to the mall; otherwise, be prepared to wait in line like the rest of us. There’s always a line—wonder why that is!
Loved it. I had a chamoyada with fruit and my friend had some elote. Both were delicious. Very nice and friendly staff and clean location. Highly recommended for snacks.

The snacks are tasty and delicious, but be ready to wait a significant amount of time—usually at least half an hour.
Such a classic place for Mexican snacks, many people enjoy it here. However, there are better places out there.
