I ordered the big bowl, but it wasn’t even half full, which was very disappointing. At other Zambrero locations, the bowls are always generously filled. It seemed like the staff didn’t know how to properly prepare the bowl, and the employee was rude when I asked about it. Zambrero, please ensure your staff are properly trained. I ordered a toasted burrito from Zambrero North Hobart and unfortunately found a black hair inside. The food, service, and atmosphere all fell short of expectations. The menu needs improvement in quality control.
