When I arrived home, the 5 pieces chicken finger I ordered was apparently undiscovered cut in what seemed two whole finger cut to make 5 pieces. I returned at this place to 1152 s. hairston rd. stone mountain, ga 30088, where the food was bought and went in and spoke to the manager. After she had shown her the inconspicuous and agitating spectacle with fingering, she immediately asked a replacement 5 piece from behind. This store clearly needs help or need to be shut down! The reviews speak for itself. I ordered through DoorDash and my dasher had to call me to let me know that they were out of sweet and spicy sauce so I had to switch my order to barbecue wings. As seen and the pictures below there was no sauce on my wings and I received a ranch salad dressing!? The chicken was undercooked and pink on the inside. My daughter had a grilled cheese sandwich that had black stuff in it that she said didn’t taste like it was burnt so no telling what it was. I would give Zaxby’s a five-star rating. There are times when I might rate it as a four-star, but generally, it deserves a solid five. The main reasons for this assessment are that the drive-thru usually has a reasonable wait time, the customer service is consistently good, and the food is really great. I don't have many complaints about this location. I have encountered a couple of instances over the last few years where I was not satisfied with the service, particularly during the evening when the wait was unusually long and they forgot my order. So I give this Zaxby's a five star. Sometime it's a four star. But, most of the time it's a five star. The reason for my rating is because the drive thru is usually not a long wait, customer service is usually pretty good, and my food is usually great. Don't really have too many complaints about this location. I've only had a couple of times in the past couple of years that I was displeased with the service. This happened to be in the evening and for some reason the wait was very long and they forgot my order. But, I can honestly say this doesn't happen often, so this one definitely gets a five star because they are usually on point.

The wait is re fucki…diculous i literally was in the drive thru 30 mins watch 3 cars behind me pull off because of the wait. Then when you get up to the speaker you’re waiting another 10 15 minutes before you can place your order. This is absurd they clearly need to close down or get some help in there cause it makes no sense the amount of time you’re waiting to order your food. And you would think going in would be quicker and it’s even worse my gawd. Either hire more help or get some people in there that’s gone pick up the pace instead of horseplaying around!
I placed a online orderat 8:49 and pulled up and lobby closed at 8pm and I walk to the door she told me I had to wait in line. So I did and wait 45 mins in line and got to the window and told me my order wasn’t ready and told me to pull up and I only order 18.00 worth of food. Pulled up and still waiting 15 more minutes and when I got my food it was cold and at this point I don’t recommend this Zaxby’s no one no organization at all no good customer service at all will not be returning period.
I recently tried her new signature spicy chicken sandwich combo with fries and sweet tea. First off, the chicken was really good and tender, though it wasn't as crispy as I had hoped. The sauce had a bit of heat, which was nice, and the pickles added a pleasant touch. The fries were seasoned differently, which was interesting. Overall, it was a very good sandwich; if it were just a bit crispier, it would have been perfect!
Hit or Miss. I usually order online to save time and pick up curbside from the app allowed, but most times they will still tell you to pierce the drive. I ordered online again, called and confirmed. And I have to wait for 10 cars to get the food I've already ordered. I understand that short staff, but does customer service mean something to this place??

Everytime I try to order here on doordash there's an issue. Even if I go through the drive through myself it's incredibly slow to the point where I end up leaving. I understand that Zaxbys takes a little longer because they make your food to order supposedly, but still. Absolutely unaccetaptable.
