I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the behavior of one employee, JT. When I requested a substitute item, he brusquely informed me that it wasn't possible. Later, when I asked to add chips to my order, he responded, "I literally just told you we can’t do that. The chips are for catering only." However, he had never mentioned that the chips were solely for catering; he only said substitutions weren't allowed. There were other customers nearby who could confirm this. A very welcoming visit, Rita was the drive thru casher and she was very patient and helpful! It was my first time at this location and a very good experience! All of the food on the menu looked so good and I ordered several items, the portions were very large, I ended up with 3 full meals from what I ordered! Rita was one of the best cashers I had the pleasure of meeting! She is an asset for this company! A 5 star experience and 5 star food! Fast and responsible on the prices! The prices appear to have increased considerably. I paid $10.29 for the wings and things. I requested the sauce to be both mixed in and on the side, but I had to pay an extra $0.50 for two additional sauces. To make matters worse, they forgot to include the sauces in the bag, so I had to ask for them. The finger plate cost $9.59. We ordered two meals with cola, but we received one Coke and one Dr. Pepper instead.
every time I come here and order a 10 piece chicken fingerz, and I ask for nuclear sauce instead of zaxbys sauce, I get the okay on that, I drive home and guess what, just plain zaxbys sauce instead of nuclear, it?s the little things.. 1/10

Never had a bad experience at any Zaxby's. The restaurant is clean, employees are friendly, and the food came fast and hot. My only complaint is that Zax sauce is an extra charge vs Chick-fil-A who gives unlimited sauces for free.
The customer service is always friendly. The dining room is clean and nicely air conditioned in this horrible heat. That sweet tea is the deal!! I miss the cajun chicken club. I hope to see it back soon. ????????????
Top choice for fast food chicken! The chicken is juicy and flavorful. They offer chicken sandwiches, tenders, and wings. Food was ready quickly and dine-in is open!
On September 8, 2023, my order was messed up twice today. The staff was impatient and rude. This restaurant seems to be poorly managed and chaotic.
