First stop was the bathroom. Womens bathroom lock and door knob had been jimmied was loose and did not want to lock. The door inside along where many hands had rested was VERY dirty! GROS the corners in bathroom had been moped around enough the contrast was apparent.from floor to dirty corner. Inside the dinning room was ok. The flooring was not clean will give the benefit that it is winter. I did see an attendant wiping off tables. Was over charged for a French dip mushrooms and small shake and when I went back to ask about it I was told that she rang it up as a cobo to male it cheaper. Only it wasn't cheaper it was actualy $200 more. Also I asked for a coffee shake but was given a chocolate shake even after I made sure she heard me say coffee. And since it was close to closing by the time I returned to get this all fixed they had closed and everyone was gone. My advice watch your receipt and check your order for accuracy. Especially close to closing time.
Complete rip off. I got a double cheese burger, medium shake, and small fries and it cost me $19.44. This is fast food people. A cheap cheese burger and frozen chocolate milk, and some crinkled potatoes. This isn't stake Zips. I will never eat there again. At that price how can more turn one person at a time afford to eat there. You will go out of business...... the lady was rude too.
I stopped by for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and portion sizes. I ordered a couple of eggs, sausage patties, and hash browns, while my friend had a deliciously filled omelet, hash browns, and toast. The coffee was excellent as well!

Guys please do something about your sauces. They were bad. Especially the tarter. It tasted like nothing but Mayo. Please visit other Zips and see how bad the Deer park Zips need serious help!
The breakfast is the best. The portions are huge and the prices are reasonable. You need to be hungry.Sometimes you have to wait a bit for your food but it is well worth it!
Sometimes the staff can be rude or unprofessional, while at other times they are quite the opposite. The building itself is quite old and somewhat questionable.
