These guys have the worst business practices of any company I’ve Dealt with. I own a trucking company. I moved a load through a brokerage for them and they called me directly to cut out the brokerage. Ran a few loads for them and only got paid on time once. We have a Net 10 agreement on payments. Here I sit at two months without them paying for the load I ran in April. They barely answer and when they do, it’s all lies as if they think they are so much smarter than everyone. My experience at this restaurant was quite frustrating. They advertise *FREE ICE CREAM*, but when I went to grab just one, the staff looked at me as if I had done something terrible. My paycheck was consistently late, often by one to two weeks. The boss and higher-ups tended to engage in small talk with female employees while I was busy trying to organize 40 cookies on trays. It was awkward being looked at strangely by coworkers simply for speaking English. I had to get my own gloves because management didn’t bother to restock supplies like gloves and trash bags. The work environment at this restaurant is quite poor. It’s surprising that there are leads and supervisors who can’t communicate effectively in English, especially since many employees primarily speak Spanish. Unfortunately, there seems to be a lack of willingness to provide training; there’s one woman with glasses who was particularly rude, and I’m thankful I speak both languages because she struggled to communicate in English. It would benefit the restaurant to hire more bilingual staff to support those who don’t speak Spanish. I truly hope corporate takes a closer look at this situation. It feels like there’s favoritism at play, with Hispanic employees assigned to simpler tasks.

Worst customer service, they offered 2 days shipping and after almost a week I got my order after 6 days all melted. In top of that I live 5 min from the warehouse and they don’t offer pick up only delivery.
