Ordered through GrubHub two consecutive nights and both nights, items were missing. On the second night, after speaking with a GrubHub representative, I was given a partial refund. Not even ten minutes later I get a call from a man at the restaurant harassing me about my missing items. I didn't pack the order, I didn't deliver the order, I didn't receive what I ordered. Business owners attack good customers, not even looking at who delivered my order and the third party company that is used. I recently ordered an Oreo milkshake, and to be honest, it wasn't impressive—it felt more like dipping Oreos in milk. The chocolate shake was similarly disappointing. I also tried their falafel gyro, which didn't quite meet my expectations. While it was enough to keep my hunger at bay, it featured only 3 or 4 pieces of falafel with a scant amount of tzatziki sauce and an overwhelming amount of cabbage, making it quite dry. I ordered through DoorDash, and it was excellent! I had the gyro and the bacon cheese fries, both of which were amazing. I would definitely order from there again!
The Chicken Fingers were enormous, and I appreciated that I could make the Floats myself. Everything was delicious and definitely worth the price.
