I have to say the employees here are very friendly and the food is excellent. The gyros are delicious, and if you ask for extra sauce, like horsey sauce, they generously give you plenty. The drive-thru service was highly professional. My only minor issue was with the chicken sandwich—I felt they put too much honey mustard on it, which overwhelmed the other flavors. Don’t get me wrong, Arby’s honey mustard is tasty, but it was just too much this time. I visited around Father’s Day and will definitely return. I’d recommend this place to others. Arby’s is always a solid choice, and I’ve been to this location several times with consistently great experiences.
I had a craving for Arby's and hadn't eaten there in over 20 years, so I wanted to give it another try. Unfortunately, the beef could have been sliced thinner, and the gristle made it unlikely that I'd want to return to this or any Arby's in the future. I traveled 2,500 miles hoping for a better meal, but ultimately I was disappointed. Carbondale, you need to step up your restaurant game!
I can't get enough of the Greek Gyros at Arby's! This location has excellent customer service and serves fresh food. The wait times can be frustrating, but once you receive your order, it’s all worth it. I don’t visit often, but I'm always happy when I do!
Reliable quality and price in an ideal location for shopping convenience. Small but friendly and clean atmosphere featuring very disabled and wheelchair friendly inside with friendly employees. My fav of all the fast food in this shopping area.

The parking lot is small and often filled with the drive-thru line, so you might want to park across the street. Other than that, no problems. I've also noticed a high staff turnover recently, but that seems to be common everywhere these days.
I ordered a Reuben sandwich, curly fries, and sweet tea after 11 PM on a Tuesday night. The young man at the drive-thru was very patient, and it turned out to be the best drive-thru meal I've had in a long time.
Out of roast beef. Out of sauce. Two different days in same week. Next day asked for extra sauce . She put none in. I called and she hung up on me. I really can't believe how I was treated. Very disappointed ?
I visited during a quick stop just before lunchtime. I ordered a French dip, but it had very little meat and cheese, while there was an excess of bread. Also, the au jus was incredibly salty.

Worst Arby's I've ever had. After waiting almost 30 minutes in the drive through line, all of our food was cold and they were out of Arby's sauce. I'll never go back.
I visited this place for a burger and a beer, and I was pleased with both.
