We enjoyed our experience in general. Wonderful cocktails! We were seated on the lower level which really helped with the noise level. We had a terrific server, Jennifer (I hope I remembered her name correctly). We ordered the 4 course meal which was mainly excellent except for two things. An otherwise delicious salmon course was unpleasantly over salted, and the dessert was built on a pastry shell that was very tough and also tasted stale. However, I would try this restaurant again. We liked the portion sizes. The menu was interesting and mostly very well prepared. It might have just been a slightly off night for the chef.
Food very good. Servers very good. Real problem with incompetent hostess that does the seating. We had reservation for 7:30 at high top table. Showed up exactly 730 to find line of 8 couples waiting to be seated. Watched all be seated immediately after responding they had no reservation. We were then seated at only available table which was low, behind a wall and directly outside bathrooms. Rediculous. Reservation's mean nothing here. Guest if fairmont was planning to eat here often during our 4 night stay. Wont go back.
65$ brunch is amazing late breakfast experience! Food is great compared to other breakfast places in downtown However service is very slow.I had 7+ plates so 65$ was a fair price.I recommend to come here hungry ;)Updated: showed up next time, that 65$ brunch in only during the weekends...People STILL wear face masks here! Thats pathetic
Once again, the dinner and evening was absolutely spectacular at the Arc Waterfront Centre Hotel! The service, food, piano, and ambiance was perfect! Thank you for making our 28th Wedding Anniversary dinner fantastic! (That's where we had our wedding reception 28 years ago to the day!

Great experience, make sure you have an appetite if you are going for the delicious all inclusive menu. Definitely recommend trying this out with your significant other.
Overall, it is good. The food though is not as good as I thought they would be. A lot of the dishes are really good but the others are not at par.
Chef Michael and his team were great. Our server Julie was exceptional as was Manager?Angus. Great experience. Highly recommended
