As my old daughter has anaphylaxis to nuts, I asked in my reservation if our High Tea could be catered nutfree. I was so pleasantly surprised at the response! A couple of phone calls from the venue confirmed that they could indeed cater for a nutfree table and in fact the chef would make anything without a nut free certificate from scratch. We were presented with amazing food, that not only looked enticing but was absolutely delicious. Chef RAKESH came and spoke to us personally, he was so gracious and kind. I ordered the yoghurt muesli the yoghurt was very liquidy and the berry compote had no berries in it...it was all liquid would have preferred chunky fresh not frozen berries without the coconut chips and icing sugar on the top... as well as thicker not too thick vanilla bean yoghurt... My friend ordered the poached eggs and the bread was soggy when received as the water from the poached egg wasn't drained properly
We had a fantastic 1st visit to Artisaint. Our waiter was fantastic he greeted us with a wonderful smile and made us feel very welcome. He explained the COVID rules re taking of temperate and completing our details. The food was delicious, and the servings were generous. A wonderful place to eat in the middle of Burwood!

I had high tea with my girlfriends. Table setting was gorgeous, china stunning, food amazing. Cannot fault one thing. Such a gorgeous little hotel. Our new fav spot.Staff friendly and very attentive. Cannot wait for our next lunch
It’s very pretty but the service was very slow one waitress doing all the work while the guy was chatting to reception, my poached eggs were hard, the coffee was weak and it was very expensive
