Owners Nat and Ben Thomas started the salad eatery off as a humble market stall before opening their first store in Mona Vale in 2007 and then Manly in 2012. The salad bar is in such close proximity to the world-famous Bondi Beach and fits perfectly into the eastern suburbs aesthetic. *was in the Bondi transition business, but it doesn't look like it was on zomato the menu offer was just the same as the other outlets in sydney that I ordered with huhn in new york. as always, the part was huge with a lot of fun. I enjoyed completely the new york, which orange has the otherwise boring salad combination compliment which was part of this outlet, because it was available in bondi junction westfield, the sitting area was very limited with only barstools, it was quite crampy and so we took the bowl with us and dragged into an open it area about 3 shops down, which was a little unpleasant.

Will definitely be coming here more often and the Satay salad could easily be my go-to lunch on the daily!!
Service was super fast, servings were more than generous and all the fresh ingredients complemented each other so well! Ratio between salad to dressing was faultless as well. Finished the whole bowl with nothing to spare before leaving

I've been here twice in 3 days as it is a great little place after you've earned lunch, suffering all that swimming and lying about on the beach. I wish the Tokyo classic salad was less good as I want to try the others but, unfortunately, it is so very excellent that the next time I go, I'll probably have its sesame-drenched loveliness all over again.
