Went in for an Affogato(scoop of ice cream espresso shot). I've ordered this exact same thing at 4 different Dunkin's and never had an issue. Today the kid behind the counter didn't even know what it was so he asked his coworker and she told him they don't have that. We explained to the kid and the young lady (Dolce) what it was and she said the system was updated and no longer has it. We left. Why couldn't she have just charged me for a scoop of ice cream and a shot? She wasn't even willing to do that! Won't be going back to this Dukin!
