The only downside to this bakery is that the blue heaven thickshakes are a bit too sweet. Other than that, everything is fantastic and the prices are quite reasonable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I especially recommend the cream buns and pumpkin pasties, and the pies are excellent as well. I keep returning, and I highly suggest you check it out too!
This charming bakery features wonderfully friendly staff and serves amazing pies, quiches, and great coffee, along with an impressive milkshake menu. We enjoyed breakfast there today, and I highly recommend the fruit toast—it's absolutely delicious! They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a rooftop area, which is where we love to dine.
I highly recommend visiting Batehaven Bakehouse. The variety of breads, cakes, slices, quiches, pies, sandwiches, coffees, teas, and much more will surely impress and keep you coming back for more. I've been to the Bakehouse numerous times over the years, and they have consistently maintained high standards in both their products and service.
Great little bakery, we stop here for our lunchtime pies and pasties after a morning surf during summer (and sometimes winter when we can get away). The staff are always polite, happy to help, and the pies are tasty. The lemon slices, chocolate brownies and unicorn poo are also quite recommended! Book a table now
Nice place for a coffee and a cake while sitting in the sun outside the shop. The lady who serves is lovely. The hummingbird round cake was not my favourite cake I purchased but it was fresh.
