We are very surprised to see that this place is poorly reviewed. We had a pleasant experience at this restaurant. In fact, we had two meals there. We got a Pierrade, for dinner first. The server was very nice, and helpful. And the Pierrade was pretty decent. The experience was fun and memorable. We then came back the next day and had their plat-du-jour. Food quality was quite satisfying and service was again up to standards. The location on the main touristy square of Chamonix is not excellent, as it made the place a bit loud and close to the crowd. But, in spite of that the restaurant deserves a good rating.
I went to dinner with some friends at the local time, and we had no problem sitting in spite of being 12 people. The waiter who attended us, who seems to be the manager, did it in bad earnest, leaving before we all asked for our dish and putting a bad face. they were wrong with the order, putting more dishes of the served, and refusing to recognize it, apart from forgetting a dish that was asked. the food was not bad, but the service so regrettable makes me incline by the worst score. I wouldn't come back.
after asking twice if they were still waffles at 4:00 a.m. to two different people who responded positively to me we order a hot chocolate and waffles. Once this drink is consumed, we are told that in fact no it is not possible to eat a waffle here because there is no more. (at 16h!!) in addition the chocolate was not good. servers let their phone ring, they empty the tray covered in whole 10cm of you making a not possible noise and they are unpleasant. this place is to be avoided in all cases
You suck! A tourist trap! Run, it's not good! We've taken two tartiflettes and a tartar. the waitress were already making the head the order to finally get wrong and bring us 2 chicken pimples! laughter! the staff in the air completely ahuri! You have to do something else but stop poisoning people! enjoy the influx of many tourists to make money! What a shame

I dined in this place located in the center of chamonix, pizza bad, probably frozen and heated for a few minutes. chicken burgers with poor cheese and three chicken nuggets thrown in the middle of bread probably of the discount. 10 euros of pizza and 20 of sandwich. probably with a euro to the mc donald's just over there I would have found a better sandwich.
an establishment that does not honor chamonix. mistakes accumulate in a caricatural way...Number of cards insufficient. many missing dishes (the fera net is to missing subscribers), onion soup having onion only the title and a glass of white wine whose origin is more than approximate (a chardonnay, I think, still asks the server). Just catastrophic.
we stopped in this brewery because there was room in the shade and the choice on the map (in knowing that it is not quality gage, on the contrary). nice waiters but a little clumsy because they dropped juice on our 2-year-old child's head when they arrived! And I got fat, and then I got sick all day.
Service was decent but the food wasnt up to scratch. I had onion soup and duck breast. The onion soup wasnt warm enough and there was way too much fat on the duck breast. Others in Cham have done much better, but they weren't on the main thoroughfare. The waiter was goof though.

Quite good, not extraordinary. The menus is pretty good. Raclette good had good quantities, just the cheese is not tasty enough. Nice time for a dinner.
