Brown sugar is probably bondis native favorite facility for weekend brunch and dinner. The timly-lit restaurant works during the day as a café and a bistro restaurant at night. The restaurant is practically packed with hungry sydneside, so bookings are a must! Grief I ordered her recommended healed trout, fish cake and chocolate fondant during my visit last month. The fish cake differs from the version of Boathouse in its less demanding sauce to serve the fresh snapper as a foil. The chocolate fondant is tough and sticky and will certainly leave a sweet impression on the tongue. My only Peeve was the healed trout, which tasted fishy and slimy. Brown Sugar is probably Bondi's locals favourite institution for weekend brunch and dinner. The dimly-lit restaurant functions as a cafe during the day and a bistro-restaurant at night. The restaurant is virtually packed with hungry Sydneysiders, so bookings are a must! I ordered their recommended cured trout, fish pie and chocolate fondant during my visit last month. My boyfriend and I went here for a dinner the first time we arrived in Australia and loved it! We tried to come back again about three years ago, but couldn't get a spot without a booking. Spending a weekend in Sydney was the perfect occasion to come here again. All their meat is free range which means I can pick anything from the menu. We took the charcuterie board, the rib-eye with a coleslaw side and had a chocolate fondant dessert. All of it with a bottle of amazing Italian red (forgot the kind it was). The food was lovely, with as top dish definitely the dessert. Still love this place and would definitely come back again (don't say that often!).

My friend and I went to dinner for dinner, which we arrived in Australia and loved it! We tried to come back about three years ago, but could not get there without booking. A weekend in Sydney to spend the perfect opportunity to come back here. Your entire meat is free assortment, which means that I can select something from the menu. We took the Charcuterie Board, the rib eye with a coinslaw side and had a chocolate fondant dessert. Everything with a bottle of amazing Italian red (forgot the kind it was). The food was charming, with as a top court definitely the dessert. Love this place still and would definitely come back (do not say that often!). Book a table now

Headed here on a hectic saturday morning. Food: 9/10 Coffee: 8/10 Wait time: 5/10 Price: 9/10 Give yourself a bit of time because the food delivery is a bit slow, but definitely worth the wait, nice accurate preparation and tasty dishes.

Maple bacon pancakes were epic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There menu changes a lot which is cool to try new things. Really good coffee and cute small location. Book a table now
