The waitress did come by a couple of times to inform us that the kitchen was backed up and asked for our patience, which I appreciated. However, the manager never came over to apologize or explain the situation, which was disappointing. I felt sorry for the waitress, as this was not her fault. Regardless of how busy they were, waiting over an hour for hamburgers and sandwiches seems excessive. When the food finally arrived, it was decent but certainly not worth the lengthy wait. We never received the French onion soup we ordered, and although I didn't ask, they did remove a hamburger and a beer from the bill due to the inconveniences. Overall, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
I can't believe I waited so long to try Buck Shots! This place is incredible! They have the best burgers I've ever tasted! I really appreciated that they offer gluten-free buns for the burgers and bread for the sandwiches. The service was outstanding! Amy was a gem—she took great care of us and helped us decide what to order by sharing her favorites and the most popular items. Jessica, the manager, also came by to check on us and make sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the food is delicious! And you absolutely have to try the appetizers... they're AMAZING!!!! Thank you, Amy and Jessica; I can't wait to come back!
We had the pleasure of dining here for dinner in a cool igloo, it was such a wonderful experience that gave my family the opportunity to dine out together as a family, something we haven't been able to do since the pandemic began. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, the food was awesome and was prepared so fast. The igloo was so beautifully decorated, it gave you such a warm, home like feeling and they were warm and toasty so you don't have to worry about how cold it is outside. Definitely reccomend to anyone who just wants a day or night out for a little bit. Definitely worth the experience, i would definitely be back.
Great patio space On a nice evening the terrace at Buck Shots is the place to be. It was a lovely night to be dining outside, the patio is setup for entertaining. The staff was polite and friendly, but some of them could dress more professionally. Thewaiter, Jeff was helpful for most of time, until he forgot about my party after we finished eating and we had to wait twentyminutes before we tracked him down to get the bill. The grilled chicken buck shots salad was good. The salad was nothingspecial, but what I really enjoyed was the grilled chicken that had great grilled flavor, also the bread sticks did notdisappoint. I've visited this place a few times now. The service is quick, and the staff is friendly. They have outdoor seating available. I usually go for the Nashville Chicken, but this time I tried the chicken bowl, and it was delicious! My only suggestion is to let people actually play the music on the jukebox instead of overriding their selections.
We booked an igloo and had a fantastic time. The service was the best we've experienced in quite a while, which was such a relief. The food has consistently been excellent every time we’ve visited. The atmosphere is wonderful as well. I really wish I could remember the waitress's name because she truly deserves a mention!
This is a lively family restaurant with a delightful atmosphere. They offer an excellent variety of food and a fantastic selection of beers. It's a perfect spot for just grabbing drinks or enjoying a meal! Highly recommended!
