Brand new Burger King location in Carbondale is awful! NO dine-in, a few outside tables only, and they are not even covered. They are on busy Highway 13, so you are inundated with vehicle exhaust fumes. You have to place your order from a walk-up window outside also on Highway 13. Also, not covered. Ordered two Whoppers with cheese [on Whopper Wednesday]. The woman who took my order asked if I wanted the two for $5 Whoppers since she said the computer would not accept my BK app code. I said yes, thanks! When we got home, they were Whopper Jr's, NOT Whoppers. We basically had a kid's meal and were still hungry. Two thumbs down! Will not return to this location.
All these renovations and they're still awful. Less than half an hour ago, we drove through and placed a small order. They gave us the wrong order first, then made us wait while they remade it. After waiting for the correct order, when we brought it home, we realized they still messed it up and left out an entree item and messed up two burgers, even after reading the order back to us when handing it to us.Lipstick on a pig is still a pig, I guess.
What a disappointing experience. I placed my order through the app, but there was no indication that the food I wanted was unavailable. I waited for 20 minutes without hearing anything from the staff. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place. They seem to have very little in stock. To top it off, if there are two cars waiting for their orders by the side of the building, you can't even get out.
I wasn't even greeted when I came in the door. The person I tried to interact with to get their attention was extremely rude. I waited more than 5 minutes without even being acknowledged. Never again.

Wanted to sit and relax and have lunch. Had to sit in my vehicle as the dining room was closed!Food was good and hot tho and that's the most important, right
I read the description and they did exactly what I requested. They handed it to me politely, wished me a good day, and I received it in no time.
I ordered whopper BOGO and Large whopper combo. I only got 2 of the Whopper sandwiches. I did not get my free Whopper..
So the new location may be fresh but service sucks like before they don't have a dining area and they don't pay

The fries were overly salty, but aside from that, the food was delicious.
