I was so excited to come back to this establishment. I hadn’t been in many years and missed their chips and salsa. Fortunately that was good bc the rest of the meal was a disappointment. We ordered the chicken nachos and they sat underneath the heat lamp for so long, the jalapeños were wilted, sour cream was melted, everything was dried up and the chips were stale. This dish and our entree were both barely warm. Seems like all the food that we got had been sitting for a very long time before we ever got it.
We want to express our appreciation for our server, Lupe—she was amazing! She was friendly and kind, with a positive and welcoming attitude. We came for happy hour and ended up staying much longer. I came in with my family to celebrate my new job and everyone at chevys was extremely friendly. The manager Curtis congratulated me and checked on my table frequently. Our server Abby was also friendly and made sure the night went great. The food was perfect and everything. Would definitely come back!
