I started working downtown Waco in January and I use to love coming to this Chick-fil-A but I honestly am starting to notice the lack of customer service. There is an employee who when I see I just cringe because I know my experience will not be pleasant. She doesn’t say hello she doesn’t greet you in any way she just stares at you. I began working downtown Waco in January and used to enjoy going to this Chick-fil-A. Lately, though, I've noticed a drop in customer service quality. There's one employee who consistently makes my visits unpleasant. She never greets me or says hello; instead, she just frowns at me. I've seen her warmly greet other customers right in front of me, yet she treats me differently every time I come by. Today, she was working the window and behaved the same way. I overheard her being polite and friendly to other customers, but I was met with a frown, no greeting, and no thank you when she handed me my order. I stopped by Chick-fil-A during my lunch break and ended up waiting 45 minutes in the drive-thru. When I finally received my order, the sandwich was completely wrong. I called the restaurant, but the manager, Belkis, seemed indifferent and simply told me to either come back through the drive-thru or return within 30 days. It felt like this kind of issue was common because she didn’t seem surprised at all. Maybe if the guy standing behind the window worker, who kept saying they were rushing to get orders out, hadn't pressured her, they wouldn’t have messed up my order and caused such a hassle.
Considering the location and how busy this place stays it basically runs like a well oiled machine. I was however disappointed to find the mayo and hot sauce were not included in my bag. A couple of napkins would’ve been nice but I managed without them. I will definitely be back but I’ll definitely check my bag before leaving. The sandwich was fresh as always.

Edit.They are the only company that does not trust the delivery drivers and make drivers leave feedback for the restaurant and accept the order in front of them. I leave negative feedback everytime they do that. I will start making them show me the food in the bag and verify it's all there before i accept it.
I believe this Chick-fil-A location is the best I’ve ever visited! From the outstanding customer service and the quality and care put into every item on the menu to the spotless cleanliness of the restaurant, David Sykora and his team truly know how to do it right!
Food was pretty tasty. Really big location. Location was pretty much in the projects of Waco. Service wasn't the fastest or the best but they were trying their best as these places are busy 24/6. Not 7 because it's chick fil a. HA!Food: 5/5
This place is hustling and buzling. Very good business. Even though looks really busy, I don't have much waiting to get my order in. They put 5 cashiers to served us.Food: 4/5

Grilled chicken nuggets: doesn’t taste like grilled chicken! It tastes like if its boiled chicken! Fries not tasty. No sauces at all in the bags for the drive through :
The fries were stale, and they forgot to include the sauce I requested in the bag.
