Usually, I have a great experience at chipotle, but today I was extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service and general respect for loyal customers. I went out for my favorite little treat with my gal pal and we pay as normal. I notice that it was a dollar more then usual but I don't bother to mention it because inflation.But the trouble starts when my friend gets up to get a small side of the corn salsa. I here from across the establishment, YOUR CARD DECLINED. I was in shock. My friend had pulled her card out too fast and it didn't work. I asked what she bought because she was just getting corn salsa,which let me remind you is usually free. She told me that made her pay a 1.50!!...
This is located in a nice plaza with other eateries and there's even a nice fountain in front. There was absolutely no one in here so it was perfect for me to order so I don't feel rushed. I always feel rushed when I go to a busy location. The employee was super nice and fast. The only thing I didn't like was that he was a little messy when it came to putting my sour cream on the side and into the little cups. It was running all over the place and felt like he should wipe it, he even dropped some of it on the counter. Other than that it was fast and easy to order.
Just ordered a chicken burrito with beans, white rice, 2 kinds of salsa, lettuce, corn, sour cream, and cheese on Grubhub. This burrito is awful. Its like 70% rice and 20% beans, with a smidgen of chicken. Im halfway through and have yet to see or taste lettuce, salsas, sour cream, corn, or cheese. See my picture in my review for proof. Avoid this location at all costs.Update post burrito it was missing everything except chicken, beans, and rice in the same ratios as above. Avoid
Ordered two barbacoa salads. Was very clear and repeated order many times. Employee did not listen or care and still gave vegan option. The vegan salad bowl was not even full. The portions at Chipotle are usually woefully inadequate. The meat portions are so low at every Chipotle I have to get double meat. Disappointed on so many levels.

I requested double protein but only received half of what I expected in both portions. The other serving sizes were so small that my bowl wasn’t even properly filled. Additionally, there were several bones in my chicken.
Barely give you any rice or meat compared to other chipotle locations. This is my worst experience in any Chipotle. We need to complain about this with the corporation.Really bad services
The food is great. Make sure to use their app to order in advance. However, I've noticed that the portion sizes have decreased while the prices have increased.
My order was incorrect; I received tacos with only beans and a bit of cheese, but no meat. What's the point of having tacos without any meat?
