"This place serves better desserts and drinks than Max Brenner and Oliver Brown. The chocolate served with their desserts is high quality. Their cakes are on the average side. I'd recommend the churros or waffles. The hot chocolate is super thick and rich."

The service was absolutely shocking I was waiting in front of the counter for about five min when the staff members was havering a conversation sitting on the table!!! Then when I wanted to order after waiting half an hour on the table I went to the counter and I asked if I order here and he rudely put his hand in my face and said to wait then when he came to me turns out he had a hearing problem which is fine but doesn't give him a right to treat customers like that!! The place was so boring so unprofessional it felt like I really wasted my money the burger and crepes where nothing special they were ugly I'll be never going back that again and I will be telling my friends and family not t...

I enjoyed the large variety of teas available to suit all tastes buds though wish it was the same when it came to desserts. I had no problem with my Jasmine Dragon tea though the pretty ceramic teapot it came in only provided me with three half cups of tea! Same goes with the rest of the table that ordered tea. Dessert was quite sad when a friend ordered a banana split, the banana and chocolate decorations were fine until he got passed the banana to realise there was hardly any ice cream (literally one tiny scoop that fits a teaspoon) and the rest of the large bowl was packed with whipped cream. I had a brownie which to my distaste was soft. It really was more a soft fudge chocolate slice...

In terms of the service, could be a lot better. I was waiting to have table water served for in excess of 10 mins. I finished my meal (pictured) before someone came over. As for the dessert, caramel and macadamia cheesecake was quite nice. Fondue chocolate above average and churros were oily. Also, love the ceramic tea pots but could they be bigger? I like more than 1.5 cups of tea produced in my pot.

Visited for late night coffee and shisha/argile. Ordered mochas and a piccolo. Piccolo was good, but mochas tasted like hot chocolates. Staff were polite and friendly and made sure we were warm outside and regularly checked on our argile. Prices for argile were also quite reasonable. Good place for coffee and a chat while inside was busy with people having dessert.
