I have been a fan of Cocoa Rhapsody chocolate for about five years. The chocolates are made with great care and attention to detail, with plenty of vegan options available. My personal favorites include Mocca, Jaffa, Ginger, Chilli, Salted Caramel, Hazelnut Praline (which tastes just like Baci), and Pear Almond. There are plenty of other flavors that I can't recall at the moment. Even the plain 85% version is outstanding! Owner Floyd is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the chocolate is made on-site using fair trade and organic ingredients.
