This is not a typical vacation place in the winter but their huge pool is the attractive point that draws families like ours. The rooms are dated and a little small, but very clean. Mattresses are soft with very few pillows. You have to ask the front desk to get more pillows sent up. They are not stingy with the towels. The swimming pool is fantastic! It is large and warm, with a large window getting an abundance of sunshine. There are suites that give off the pool it is more expensive, but it may be part of the experience. Service is very good and friendly. The front desk is always smiling and offering assistance, even if you are not asking for it. The restaurant is limited at best, as it h...

This was my first time staying here, and I had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—just across the street from a large grocery store and with an SAQ (wine and spirits store) around the corner. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food, and the staff are fluent in English. The hotel itself is very clean, with rooms conveniently located off the pool area. Plus, the bathrooms feature heated floors, which is a nice touch. For snowmobilers, the trail is right next to the parking lot. I would absolutely recommend this place!

The bed linen is only changed every four days, and the beds themselves are old and in need of replacement. If you needed fresh towels, you had to bring the soiled ones to the front desk in exchange. The staff's attitude was quite dismissive, essentially implying that if guests were unhappy, they could simply leave. Their excuse for the poor service was a shortage of staff.

Great establishment. Trails at your door step. Good food, snowmobile shelter. Great to relax in the hot tub after riding for the day. Had a ground floor room with was perfect .Will be coming back next year.

Terrible! Way too expensive for what you get. The toasts were burnt, and the staff was indifferent and rude.
