Unfortunately, the service at Don Carlos Mexican Cantina left much to be desired. Our server, Grecia, was inattentive and often absent, making it frustrating to get even basic requests like more salsa or drinks. This slow and unresponsive service overshadowed the meal itself. The Tacos Pastor were dry and lacking flavor, though the fajitas were decent. Overall, the poor service and underwhelming food made for a disappointing experience. Service: Dine in
Food was Good but overpriced, service was horrible! They brought me the wrong food didn't apologize didn't care. Found myself waiting for my margarita while the staff were finishing their conversations and start a new ones with coworkers right in front of me. And there was probably only 10 customers in the entire restaurant so they were definitely not overwhelmed with being busy. Food: 5
Blaire is amazing she's one of the managers and she's the nicest person you'll ever have help you or your party out while eating at Don Carlos. She's very sweet and amazing when directing her staff to perform tasks. I highly recommend this place and please consider giving this girl a raise as she deserves it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
