Don Carlos - Table reservation

Okay, I gotta tell ya. Don Carlos Restaurant in Waco, Texas has hit the homerun I hoped they would! Last night we went to eat and although I was skeptical about the meal, I wanted to show support to our daughter Christie Strickland who just started working there. Wowzers... Someone changed up the menu just a bit and the meal was Wholy Guacamole Good! I had some new dish which I can 't recall what it is called, but it is a plate full of sliced potatoes smothered with beef and chili sauce and an egg on top! We have gone there many times the service has being great but more so with a server names Carlos. Others servers did good but to is Carlos from what friends tells us is the Tops. Food is always at it's best. Thanks to the mangers there that do a great job on being on top of things

This was our first time here and we will definitely be back!! Our server, Ann Marie was attentive, friendly and efficient! Food was delicious, hot and plenty of it. Best chips ever!! Great lunch menu and prices were great! Thank you for an enjoyable meal!

One of my favorite restaurants. The food is reasonable price. I love the early Happy Hour. The staff is always nice.
