I don't even know where to begin. This Donut King shop is the worst I've ever been to. I waited for over 15 minutes for someone to take my order, and when they finally did, they were so rude. The coffee I ordered was very cold and tasted like soap had been poured into it. This bad experience has stayed with me, and I haven't been back to any Donut King shops since.
The restaurant has terrible customer service from the owner. They are never friendly and I saw them being rude to younger staff members. However, the younger employees are great. The donuts were stale and cold, but the coffee was delicious. Despite the good coffee, I will not be returning due to the poor customer service.
My partner and I make a point to visit all the Donut King locations in Australia. This particular one was enjoyable, however it could benefit from having more staff. They seemed overwhelmed on the Saturday we visited and could have used some extra help.
