My colleague and I visited Flame Bar and Grill on a Saturday night while we were in town for business, and it was an excellent experience! We managed to find seats at the bar, and the atmosphere was really laid-back and relaxing. I ordered the 10oz top sirloin, and it was an explosion of flavor in my mouth – cooked to perfect medium-rare! The mashed potatoes were good, but the standout dish was definitely the bacon garlic spinach. It was truly out of this world! A big shoutout to Rachel, the wonderful bartender who took care of us. They have some awesome tasting food and healthy options, that a lone will make me go back. LOVE the Paleo salad had it twice once the steak was way too tough but the 2nd time was great. Came in for Prime Rib and my waiter Robert was awesome attentive he connected with you, was Personal and funny all of which i appreciate! This is a fantastic spot for a date, a celebration, or just a cozy meal. The prime rib served on Fridays is incredible—cooked to perfection. The service is consistently exceptional. While the cocktails are pricey, I think they're worth it for a special treat. It’s not a budget-friendly option, but you get what you pay for with quality steaks. I highly recommend it!
