We have been to Fluid numerous times. The staff are great plus we always enjoy the changing and evolving menu. Tonight my wife ordered the Vegetable Kung Pow Bowl which she decribed as full of flavour with every bite! I had the Jumbalaya Bowl and I was rather disappointed. A good jumbalaya is cajun a soup or stew with rice instead of potatoes. Oh, the flavours were spot on but there was no liquid, the rice occupied 1/2 of the volume and there were only three shrimp in the whole dish. I know that there were only three shrimp as I counted the tails. Which brings up another point. If you are creating a dish that contains shrimp and if the diner cannot see the shrimp tail then remove it before i...

My husband and I have eaten here several times. We haven't been in the area that long and like to try different places to sit down for a meal. However the food is so good here and the service though it can be a bit slow is worth returning. The brie and baked garlic appy is especially good and worth going just for that!
