I came down from D/FW partially to enjoy Fuddruckers because they’re not in my area anymore. My visit was disappointing, to say the least. The service was slow, and they didn’t even call out order numbers. I had to go up to the counter and check every time a new order was put up to see if it was mine. The food wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t up to par with what I’ve come to expect from Fuddruckers. Most of it seemed like it had been refrigerated and reheated.
Fuddruckers is no longer what it used to be. The food is overpriced for the quality we received. My husband’s bun was soggy, and his meat was not cooked to his liking. They also had no ice, and we had to wait 10 minutes for some. To top it off, the Dr. Pepper was malfunctioning. We won't be returning.
I ordered a 1/3 lb burger along with 1/2 lb chicken strips and onion rings. To my surprise, the patties were the same size. The meal was also served lukewarm. This visit to my favorite Fuddruckers was very disappointing; the burger felt more like a standard 1/4 lb burger from Wendy's.

Ordered chili cheese fries through DoorDash. Fries tasted like they were cooked in a microwave and I saw little evidence of any cheese actually added. Ya’ll have REALLY gone downhill fast!
In 42 years of eating at this awesome restaurant chain I have never had an under/overcooked burger. No one else matches the taste.
It was great being back at a Fuddruckers since the one in our city closed. Food was great and wasn't crowded at all.
