I had lunch and hadn't eaten anything since last night, so I decided to try the gelato at this restaurant before heading back to my hotel. Like many other ice cream shops, there were numerous flavors to choose from, making it hard to decide. I settled on the salted macadamia dulce de leche flavor, and I must say, it was delicious. I have no complaints about it.
We popped over Gelatissimo for something sweet. The store is really busy and popular with the locals and tourists. Tried the new flavours from Troll. The ice-cream looked lovely and tasted nice. However service was slow with only one person taking orders. The serving size is pitiful even for a small child and is far too expensive for what you get. Oh and the staff were handing out free ice-cream to their friends while we were waiting. Pretty disappointed

Gelatissimo is normally my favourite place. This store was so rude, unhelpful and unfriendly to me about my allergies that my group ended up leaving the store. The staff there needs to understand that people have allergies and not to brush them off when they ask questions!!
I recently visited Gelatissimo and although it may be an old establishment, it is still the best! The staff were friendly and they had an amazing array of flavors to choose from. The ice cream was rich and creamy, and they were very generous with their portions.
Just ordered 3 single serve icecreams in cones. The serving size was pitifully small. Day time robbery for $5.40 per serve. The service was slow and unfriendly. Never again
