Following the owner's answer: the restaurant might not be opened, I admit I don't remember but the terrace was open. Get all the prosecutions you want but it would be easier to take instead of trying to hide the truth. I allow myself to give my opinion below because it has been deleted. The George's became The Georges and therefore all the opinions were deleted, beautiful manipulation “Absolutely null... I don't understand the opinions I found on TripAdvisor... Nothing goes in this pseudo bar restaurant and especially not the service! 15 minutes without anyone coming outside welcoming us or taking our order, forced to go inside where 3 people were present chatting. 9 euros the bottle of beer...
Note in all areas. A charming place offering a beautiful view of the small port of Saint Martin. A well set table, a comfortable bench but a deep stage style chair and therefore not suitable for children. But pleasure is especially in the plate. It is simply tasty, tasteful and the kitchen is perfect. Even the dish prepared for our 5-year-old was actually cooked. A real pleasure surrounded by a service, kindness and delicate attention that justifies that I recommend the Georges, without hesitation. Thanks again to the whole team.
Great! We enjoyed the meal, especially the poelé foie gras, perfect and imaginative with its beet samossa and beet sauce. The rest was coming! The leader is very friendly and promised to a good future, bravo! The service was very attentive, the pleasant setting. We'll be back. Only flat: the menu of reduced wines and which strongly encourage to take the wines of the owners. With a wine card, especially red, a little more elaborate, it would be perfect!
We had a good time. The view of the harbour is magnificent and the impeccable service. The cooking of meat and fish was perfect. The dessert was exceptional: salted caramel butter, chocolate and pralined. To be recommended! We'll be back with pleasure!
