When I requested my bagels be remade because they were cold, the short guy in the kitchen started to glare at me as if we were about to get into a fight. The women working there didn’t make any eye contact. The cashier received no tip from me due to his unprofessional tone and attitude, which lacked any motivation. I ordered the bagel-wich, cinnamon sugar bagel which had the perfect amount of sweetness, and garlic bagel which was deliciously garlicky and chewy in the center. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! The staff takes great care in making yummy bagels.
The bagels are delicious and made fresh to order. I really enjoy the beef chili soup and the chicken Waldorf salad, but my favorite indulgence is the apricot hamentashen—they're large, fresh, and absolutely delightful.

Ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich. Came to $10+ including tax. Really disappointed and should not be charging that amount for a breakfast sandwich that’s made with Kraft cheese singles.
