I ordered a pizza for delivery and was told it would arrive in 2 hours. Now, after waiting for 3 hours, the line is disconnected and I am unable to even call to find out why my pizza hasn't been delivered. I will never order from this restaurant again.

Howie's is my favorite of fast readable (pick it up in under 20 minutes) pizza places. In this particular place they do a consistently good job.
