We visited icebergs a few months back to celebrate a special birthday with a zero. While this place may not be your normal local cafe, we were made a welcome from the beginning and had a fantastic evening. The service was initially a little slow, but as soon as our drinks came out, the course of the evening was efficient and professional. I enjoyed a fabulous wine on the glass, shared a pair of antipasto dishes of shrimps and crabs and enjoyed my mid-raw steak, which cut like butter. Several others tried and swarmed over the homemade pasta dishes, including a soft shell crab spaghetti, which looked up colorfully. I had eaten here recently while visiting Sydney and celebrating a special occasion. View is beautiful. The service is low if the average restaurant is an average restaurant and completely unacceptable to make a fine food unacceptable. The female wait staff had clothes, which could only be called sacks. Our waitress had noticeable tears on both sides of her dress, which was dirty. She also wore runners who just looked terrible. I understand that they are on their feet, but there are more suitable clothes for fine food. Male waiting personnel clothes was not much better. A waitress when she is polite asking if she did not mind taking a picture, it did with obvious contempt. Food was ok, but no...
Grief The service was slow, lasted at least 20 minutes for the bar food. The receptionist was rude, not welcome, only casual or fine food issues of employees who look devastated (do not know why). The view was nice, the food was average and the service was poor
The view is impressive. A good place to dinner with friends and family. Food is ok. The entrance is shrimp omelet, quite filled. Maybe the part of the egg may be reduced. Main is fish, reasonable price.
