Kaiba Japanese Ramen, Sushi Grill

After a 4.5 mile hike my friend and I headed over to this amazing restaurant to satisfy our starving bellies! Service: 10/10 They were very busy but greeted us quickly and sat us right away (thankfully there was a few places to sit still). Our server was attentive and our food came in a timely manner. It's always great when you get your appetizers in time to enjoy before the main dish came out. Sushi was excellent the first time, second round seemed like the primary sushi chef might have been out. The quality of the sushi is great but was not cut with the precision and quality that we expect. Other than that everything else was great- spicy tuna on crispy rice, dynamite roll and beef udon. Service is always great Check in on Yelp for their fantastic green tea ice cream.

This is a very busy Kaiba location. We did not have a reservation and were lucky enough to snag the last empty table. The Tonkotsu ramen was rich and flavorful. The rolls and sashimi combo were fresh but the fish was sliced very thinly compared to other places. The staff was attentive and the service was effortless.

Delicious and delicious, none of other places are compare to this one! Food is so delicious, is not expensive and it’s not long wait to be served! We just had a great experience!

OMG, the food was great and the portions are large. We got two rolls and the crispy rice with spicy tuna and we couldn't finish.
