Not all KFCs are created equal, but this one was especially good. Me and my dining partner both got the 8-piece meal and it was very good. The chicken seemed to have just been cooked, it was hot, tender, and very juicy. Sides of Cole slaw, potatoes gravy, biscuits, and a drink were all good. We ate inside and the tables were clean and service was quick and friendly. I would recommend this location but it seems best to come at the dinner hour (6pm) like we did because everything seemed freshly made at that time.
The Original chicken doesn't look or taste like it did ten years ago—it used to be fresh, juicy, and utterly delicious. Now, the drumsticks seemed as if they've been in the freezer for ages, shown by the blackened and dried bone marrow. The muffins were a letdown, and the coleslaw was bland and devoid of flavor. If you’re in search of tasty fried chicken, I suggest trying Krispy Krunchy Chicken at the 76 gas station on Whipple Rd. in Hayward, right next to Target. I believe it’s far superior to this KFC.
On Thursday, December 1, 2022, I ordered two crispy chicken thighs with a biscuit and fries from the restaurant. I had to request ranch, butter, and honey, as they weren't included in the bag. I also realized that I paid less for the same meal at the Mowry location in Fremont just the day before, although I'm not sure why that was the case. Nevertheless, the food at this restaurant is consistently good.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The manager is always welcoming and delivers fantastic customer service. The chicken is delicious, and it's clear they use high-quality oil, which makes a noticeable difference compared to other places. Everything is consistently clean too. Great job!
I ordered one of the family deals from the KFC mailer. The chicken was fine but the fries were super old as they were rock hard and the mashed potatoes was about halfway full. Felt like I got ripped off tbh

Fountain drink machine has a disgusting dirty looking tray. Hasn't been cleaned in a long time. After seeing this it was scary using machine.
