I went through the drive-thru and ordered a family 16-piece meal, with the addition of a wrap. When I reached the window, I was informed that there would be a wait for the chicken. I asked for just a cup of ice, but was told that it would cost the same as a drink. While I understand the prices are set, I was disappointed to learn that I couldn't even get a cup of ice while waiting, especially since there were only a few cars in the drive-thru and a couple parked. I feel like I should have been able to get some ice without any fuss.
I visited this restaurant two months ago and found that the chicken had a unpleasant taste, possibly due to old oil. I decided to give them another chance, but unfortunately, the same issue occurred again. I will not be returning. When they were KFC, they were much better than they are now. I was so disappointed with the quality of the chicken that I ended up giving the entire four-piece meal to my friend, who also did not enjoy it. It was a waste of money.
I am beyond tired of giving this KFC location a chance. The food quality is so embarrassing to serve to my family. Last night, my family chose to eat something else due to the overcooked chicken, missing items, and weird alternatives because they ran out on something.
I waited a significant amount of time and the service was very poor. The staff was rude, and I believe this restaurant needs new management and should consider replacing all of the employees as their performance was unsatisfactory.

Got home and this is what I paid for. Union City KFC ..:Where’s the chicken? I even call the store several times but no answer. This is unacceptable please check your food before you leave.
Service is slow, snails move faster but the food was decent. Hire some Latinos, Americans have gotten lazy, that's seems to help at the other places I've been to.
Do not eat out of this restaurant period! Ordered an 8 pcs chicken got a 10 pcs wing. Would not answer phone! Horrible service !
Wanted to try the new spicy chicken wings and they were sooo old and the you can tell the grease was old as well.
