No! Two bad experiences are enough! Last Saturday night at 8 pm, we ordered takeout and it didn't arrive until 9.40 pm! The delivery driver mentioned he had four other deliveries before ours. The food was cold and soggy, and even after reheating it, it didn't improve much, except for the chicken satay sticks. After spending $71.00, we ended up steaming some dim sims ourselves. When I called the restaurant to complain about the order, I spoke to a young man who tried to assist me, but I had a feeling my concerns would fall on deaf ears, based on previous interactions with the owner/manager/chef. We used the Entertainment Book voucher and took the opportunity to visit Little Siam for dinner. We arrived late at 8:45 pm and were disappointed to find that we were almost the only customers there. Despite this, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. We ordered two main dishes: the spicy chili octopus and a special fried soft-shell crab served with coconut rice. The octopus had a fiery kick to it, while the soft-shell crab had a unique flavor and texture we hadn't experienced before. We tried this place on a whim after passing by many years ago and remembering that it looked quite busy. It still is. We found the food here very fresh and well balanced in flavours. Easy for Thai food to be overly sweet but this was not. Portions were good size, prices moderate, depending on what you order. Place gets busy quickly so better to book a table. Restaurant was clean and comfortable and food came out surprisingly quickly. One of the better Thai places in Canberra. Oh and don't forget desert. They're really good.
Ordered online for a 6:35pm pick up. Wasn't until about 7pm they realised something had gone wrong in the system and hadn't received my order. So I had to wait for them to start it, finally received order at 7:25pm. There was an apology, but felt...there should have been some kind of compensation maybe an extra dish, restaurant credit etc, but nothing, so a bit disappointing. Food was pretty good though in the end.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The food is incredibly fresh with beautiful aromas. The staff is friendly and the chef often comes out of the kitchen to chat with customers and make sure they are enjoying their meal. It can get quite busy, so I would recommend making a reservation, especially on a Friday or Saturday night.
great people who eat the service, the food was excellent fresh and flavousome, we ordered our Thai frits spicy and it was great. there is so much to choose on the menu we need to check it regularly all...out I would highly recommend coming here.
here for lunch for sons birthday on his recommendation. it was great excellent food service and surrounds .we had three different dishes and shared and all were great thanks that they again highly recommended
We have been here quite a few times. Food is always good, this time we had a banquet. There was 6 of us and amount of food was perfect. We even got to take the left overs home. We really enjoy dining here.
