My comments here are formulated around the expectations I have of an establishment at this price point. Anywhere offering a near $100 steak needs to be on point from start to finish! We were a group of six, arrived at the restaurant on time (actually 5 minutes early) and then stood at the entrance for several minutes before even being acknowledge. Looked very short staffed on the restaurant floor. Finally acknowledge and sat at our table (but I certainly couldn 't say I felt welcomed, more dump and run), water jugs put on the table and we ere then left for a good 15 minutes without any contact from anyone. Drinks order was finally taken and the food order requested at the same time... after...
I was not allowed in, despite being third on the waiting list. The waitress informed me that those in the first and second positions had been waiting for two hours. No one reached out to them to confirm if they were coming or not. If we had known they weren't, we could have moved up to the second or first spot. I was told there were no available tables, yet I could see one or two empty tables. Additionally, couples who had not joined the online waiting list were seated without any issues. Overall, the service was not very good.
Very salty meals. Ribs were very lean. Minimal amount of meat on them. The sauces seemed like brought product, I've tasted those products before. Meals were also luke warm, not a nice experience, would not return or reccomend to any friends. Big disappointment.
Definitely a smokehouse spot worth visiting! The overall ambiance is great, although the portion sizes were a bit small, which I think is typical for a casino. However, the quality of the food was excellent.

grey “lifeless” warm meat, cooked far beyond medium. unimaginative beside courts including supermarket colonel. all clearly above price. they go to most pubs nowadays for better food and worth.
Fantastic smoked pork ribs! Awesome smoked oysters Kilpatrick! Amazingly brilliant sauces! If I didn’t live in Brisbane I’d be eating here weekly.
Amazing. Our servers were really friendly and welcoming. Great food. Fast serves. Nice wine. Great selection. Will be back.
The menu is extensive and offers great value. Next time, we plan to try the steak.
