Very disappointing! I know there is a labor shortage and supply chain problems, but please plan accordingly. Don’t book tables so close together. Go to the store and purchase a substitute wine. Not only did we have to wait for our table so we didn’t “overwhelm the server”, once we were seated , we sat for another 15 minutes before someone helped us. Our server was fine, but they got the order wrong and my husband had to wait for his food while I ate. Dining out has lost its appeal, it is no longer something special. I really enjoyed sitting outside and watching people at Magic Beach getting tossed around by the waves. The food was good, but nothing exceptional. The staff was very friendly, although we did have to wait quite a while for our food and drinks. From my perspective, the quicker people receive their drinks, the more they are likely to order, but that’s just my opinion. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.
This place offers the most amazing view, exceptional service, and a menu filled with unique and undoubtedly delicious food and drinks. The staff was incredibly friendly. I’m really glad I decided to stop by. While it was a bit pricier than other choices, I believe it was worth every cent. You definitely shouldn’t miss this gem! Food: 5/5
We had an amazing experience at Magics! The food was fantastic—make sure to ORDER THE TOTS! The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the outdoor seating offered a lovely beachy atmosphere. If we have the chance to visit Kona again, Magic Beach Grill will definitely be on our list! Food: 5/5

We had a nice dinner at Magics last night. The three entrees were great (burger, fish and chips, and fish sandwich), and our server Thomas was really nice, responsive, and delivered everything perfectly as ordered. We will return.
Nice restaurant right near the beach. We watched the sun set as we dined. Appetizers drinks were delicious. Recommend the Poke nachos and fish tacos. Would definitely dine there again next time we visit the Big Island.
Excellent location next to the beach. Staff was awesome. We had lunch there earlier in the week so were a bit disappointed to see the same menu for dinner but overall it was very good. Definitely recommend it.
