I recently visited McDonald's in Batemans Bay and was disappointed to find that they were not open 24 hours. On a recent walk home from the pub just before midnight, I tried to order food from their drive-thru but was told they were not serving. I also tried to order delivery through the Menulog app but they were always closed and unavailable. Last Thursday night at 9 o'clock, I attempted to place an order but they were not accepting orders. I had a terrible dining experience at this restaurant. Although I rarely eat fast food, I decided to try their burger while out at the movies with my daughter. I politely asked for it to be made fresh, as it was late and the restaurant was not busy. However, after only two bites, I couldn't continue eating it. Even McDonald's has better quality than this place. The food was expensive and tasted terrible. Just because it's fast food doesn't mean it should be low quality. We need healthier and more affordable options in this area, not greasy, unhealthy food that tastes old and unappetizing.

We got 3 burgers via drive-thru a Quarter Pounder, Big Mac and Crispy Chicken burger. They were all poorly made with very dry meat that had bits like cardboard that we couldn't chew overall they were difficult to eat, only we were all...so hungry and too far from store to return. The last time I got a Chicken Wrap but got someone else order And time before I vomited all night. I don't feel like giving them another chance as it doesn't seem to be improving there at all.
The reviewer had enough time to write a review while waiting at the drive-thru for over 30 minutes (without placing an order yet). They have been to this restaurant a few times before and have been satisfied with the food and service, but find it convenient when they have a sleeping child in the car. Hopefully, the wait times will improve soon.
