I stopped in for a coffee and a bite to eat, but the restaurant was packed with people waiting in line to use the self-service computer. There were no staff members taking orders, so it took three times longer than usual to place an order. Half of the restaurant was filthy, and the other half was closed for cleaning. Despite the closing time being 8:30pm, no one was cleaning the closed section. The place was crowded, and everyone was sharing dirty tables.
McDonald's restaurants can sometimes be inconsistent when it comes to cleanliness, but this particular location is always spotless, which is a relief. The food is fresh and the service is what you would expect from McDonald's. They now have a new feature where you can customize and order your own burgers, which is a great addition.
There seems to be a training issue at this restaurant. While placing an order is smooth, it is important to double check and ensure you have received everything before leaving, as you may not want to return for any missing items.
Macdonalds can be a bit hit and miss from a cleanliness perspective. This one is always clean thankfully. Food fresh. Service fairly typical of Maccas. Now has order your own burgers which is great. Book a table now
I went to this store when i wanted to buy a family dinner box as i was very hungry.

On a Balmin summer evening in Sydney where would you prefer to be! Only 10 minutes booked before he arrived so happy to get the best table closest to the water! FULL HOUSE BTW. Baby snapper with olives, grapes and capers and black angus with caramelized onions and rocket salad. Tiramisu to exclude everything. Who cares when the service is a small "Fiji time". I am chilled and watched the sunset."
