When it comes to Dim Sum classics, they serve a variety including crepes, turnip cake, ribs with black bean sauce, chicken feet, sticky rice in lotus leaves, shrimp dumplings, and siu mai. I’ve had my fair share of classics, so I usually like to try something different. Some of my favorite dishes included the short rib with honey sauce (though not the best I've had, it’s still quite tasty), and the sticky rice in lotus leaf. However, I’d recommend avoiding the sticky rice here as it had a somewhat frozen smell. I also enjoyed the egg yolk bun, which Minghin was the first to introduce in Chicago about a decade ago; it's a must-try!

At MingHin Cuisine, we sampled a variety of dishes from their menu, including roasted pork belly, siu mai, chicken feet, sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaf, beef balls, and baked BBQ pork buns. The roasted pork belly was outstanding—rich, flavorful, and perfectly fatty. The siu mai was expertly cooked, and the chicken feet were tender and delicious. The sticky rice was full of flavor and absolutely satisfying. The beef balls were a treat, and surprisingly, the baked BBQ pork buns exceeded my expectations—I usually don’t opt for them, but these were exceptional!
All in all, MingHin Cuisine offers an incredible dining experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

However, this time, in Rolling Meadows, we were really disappointed: porridge was bland and too thick, the pea tip was good but it was a dinner menu. Jellyfish was little more chewy, not tasty than usual. Beef tribe was fine. The other dim sums were little hard. Clearly they were reheated from frozen ones. This dinner quality was a failure. No food photos this time… Service was good.

This was my first time at MingHin Cuisine, where I introduced my twelve-year-old niece to dim sum. Our experience was outstanding, from the inviting atmosphere to the excellent food quality. The staff were very friendly, and when we realized a dish we ordered hadn’t arrived, a server quickly brought it to our table. Best of all, every dish was served hot and fresh. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Service was very friendly, and one of our serversquickly brought us a selection that we ordered but were missing. Best of all, everything we ordered came out of the kitchenpiping hot. This used to be my go-to-place for Chinese in Chicago suburb. However, I am experiencing inconsistencies in quality of food and services, especially considering recent price hikes due to inflation. Overall, it is still a good Chinese restaurant.
