Unable to evaluate the dining experience since they did not honor our reservation! We made a reservation for people on St. Patrick's Day and when part of our party arrived their were Bouncers out front and they just laughed at them when they said they had a reservation. We drove a distance to get to the Newport Beach Brewing Co. and were very, very disappointed when we were basically turned away. They should have taken themselves off Opentable that evening or contacted us as soon as we made the reservation. Very disappointed!! We ended up driving around for quite a bit and finally had to wait hour to eat somewhere else.
The service at this restaurant was extremely poor! The waiter took too long to take our order and we didn't see him again until our food arrived. It wasn't even busy, so there was no reason for the slow service. The menu listed on OpenTable was not the same menu we received at the restaurant. Furthermore, our reservation was for 6:30, but our food didn't come until 7:30. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Absolutely horrible service! The waiter took forever taking our order and once he did we did not see him again until he brought our food. It was not busy at all, no reason for horrible service. Definitely I happening sports bar. The food is good quality one step above Pub grub bar food. We went primarily to check out the beer. Unfortunately it is only average. The styles barely meet criteria. Overall the drink ability is so so. Enjoy the place for what it is, but very disappointed in the beer
