The food was satisfactory, and the staff were generally good, but I felt overlooked. They should have double-checked my order before I left. This is a common practice for all restaurants, especially when ordering multiple items. I never received the meatballs in my Korean BBQ platter, which was the first item on the order. My family thought it was amusing, but I was left wondering about the sauce as well. However, I appreciate the quick response from management and their willingness to make adjustments to avoid similar issues in the future. This will definitely warrant a better review from me.
